As part of its expansion, the company is seeking a Sales Director, based in Montreal, to manage its team located throughout the province.

The Role Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for implementing the company''s sales strategy and managing a technical sales team.

You will play a key role in revenue growth, new market development, and customer retention.

Main Responsibilities Develop and implement the sales strategy in line with the company''s growth objectives Recruit, coach, and motivate a sales team composed of technical profiles Establish sales targets, monitor performance indicators, and adjust strategies accordingly Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners Collaborate closely with the engineering, production,
