Job Title: Program Manager: Enterprise Content Management Location: Toronto, ON Type: 12 month contract (Mon to Fri; 40 hours per week) Overview: Our client requires an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Analyst / Program Manager to manage the strategic ECM program and provide architectural governance from both technology and business process perspective Role: -Plan and manage the deployment of multi-phased Enterprise Content Management program -Provide architectural governance in the implementation of ECM technology and business process solutions -Continue to sustain and promote Sharepoint program sites / environments to enable LOBs -Develop process governance framework and documentation in relations to ECM organizational alignment -Provide training to LOBs regarding the management and usage of the Sharepoint environment -Manage project/program status and financials on ECM program -Manage service providers in the delivery of ECM program Skills and experience required The candidate is expected to have demonstrated capability in the following areas: -10+ years experience in Microsoft enterprise environment -Relevant experience in the deployment of Sharepoint technology -Relevant practical experience in the planning and governance of Enterprise Content Management program for a complex enterprise environment -Demonstrated experience to liaise effectively with business and IT stakeholders -Relevant experience in financial management and control -Experience with project management methodology -Ability to work in a team workplace -Ability to exercise a leadership role and to drive the completion of deliverables -Ability to assess enterprise risk with proper recommendation on mitigation -Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities -Relevant experience in utility sector (optional/preferred)
