Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Senior Financial Analyst for our client in Toronto, ON.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a collaborative healthcare organization and play a key role in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will act as a trusted business partner, providing financial insights and recommendations that support operational performance and organizational goals.

Here''s why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs Current and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis Analyze financial performance and investigate variances against budget, forecast, and operational targets Prepare forecasts, financial projections, business cases, and scenario analyses Develop financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency Evaluate business initiatives, investments, and funding opportunities Business Partnering Collaborate with operational leaders to provide financial guidance and support Present financial results, trends, risks,



and recommendations to management Support leaders in budget planning and financial decision-making Translate complex financial information into actionable business insights Budgeting & Forecasting Lead and support annual budget development and forecasting activities Work with department leaders to validate assumptions and financial plans Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions where required Support long-term financial planning initiatives Financial Reporting & Accounting Prepare month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses Review payroll allocations and financial transactions for accuracy Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements Audit & Compliance Coordinate year-end audit activities and liaise with external auditors Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation Support compliance with healthcare, regulatory, and funding requirements Assist with Ministry and regulatory reporting obligations Leadership & Continuous Improvement Provide coaching and mentorship to financial analysts Support process improvement initiatives and efficiencies within the finance function Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, analysis, and financial controls Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor''s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field CPA designation required (CPA, CA preferred)



Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial planning, or healthcare finance Healthcare, hospital, public sector, or broader healthcare industry experience strongly preferred Previous audit experience in public accounting is considered an asset Knowledge of Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS) is an asset Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business case development Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Experience with SQL, Power Pivot, or other analytical tools is considered an asset Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong business partnerships Experience mentoring junior team members is considered an asset Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada If you''re a CPA-designated professional looking to leverage your expertise in financial analysis, business partnering, and healthcare finance, we encourage you to apply today!
