Your expertise will be essential in guiding nursing practices while ensuring respect for client-centered care. You’ll collaborate with multiple professional teams, enhancing educational practices and achieving optimal client outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Consult and support interdisciplinary teams with clinical expertise
- Help establish policies and support tools for housing services
- Lead practice communities to facilitate effective client care




- Mentor and educate staff on best practices in mental health
- Implement quality improvement initiatives within diverse services Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Three years of relevant nursing experience with teaching
