Technicianwillberesponsiblefortheinstallation,configuration,commissioning,troubleshooting,andsupportofaudiovisualandvideoconferencingsystems.

Thisroleservesastheleadtechnicianonprojects,ensuringinstallationsarecompletedsafely,efficiently,andtothehighestqualitystandards.

Troubleshoothardware,software,network,andconnectivityissues.

Coordinatewith

Deliverexceptionalcustomerserviceandconductend-usertrainingwhenrequired.

Maintainprojectdocumentationandensureinstallationscomplywithcompanystandardsandspecifications .

Requirements Qualifications: 35yearsofexperienceinAVinstallation,integration,ortechnicalsupport.

StrongknowledgeofcommercialAVsystems,includingdisplays,cameras,microphones,speakers,andcontrolsystems.

ExperiencetroubleshootingAVandvideoconferencingenvironments.

WorkingknowledgeofLAN/WANnetworkingandstructuredcabling.

Prolongedperiodsofcomputeruseforprogramming,documentation,andtroubleshooting.

Visualconcentrationrequiredwhenreadingtechnicaldrawings,wiringdiagrams,andequipmentspecifications.

Auditoryconcentrationrequiredwhentestingandtroubleshootingaudioandconferencingsystems.

Working

Environment: Workisperformedatcustomerlocations,officeenvironments,constructionsites,andoccasionallywarehousefacilities.

Frequenttraveltocustomersitesisrequired.

Exposuretoconstructionandrenovationenvironmentswheredust,noise,andvaryingsiteconditionsmaybepresent.

Workmayinvolveaccessingceilings,equipmentracks,raisedplatforms,andconfinedspacesforinstallationandmaintenanceactivities.

Occasionalevening,earlymorning,orweekendworkmayberequiredtoaccommodatecustomerschedulesandprojecttimelines.

Requiredtowearappropriatepersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE)whendictatedbysiterequirements.

Requirements Qualifications: 35 years of experience in AV installation, integration, or technical support.

Strong knowledge of commercial AV systems, including displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, and control systems.

Experience troubleshooting AV and video conferencing environments.

Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and structured cabling.

Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms is highly preferred. AVIXA CTS, Microsoft Teams, or related certifications are considered an asset.

Valid driver''s license and ability to travel to customer sites.

Robust communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
