Job Description Job Title: Java Fullstack Developer - Angular Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Work Arrangement: 100% Remote Experience: 8+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a Specialist-Level Java & Angular Developer with robust full-stack development experience to support the modernization and enhancement of retirement and financial services applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices, with experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Angular and Java/J2EE technologies.

Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using Angular 14+, Type

Script, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

Develop and enhance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs, and Microservices.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architects.

Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance applications supporting retirement and financial services products.

Participate in application modernization, framework upgrades, and cloud adoption initiatives.

Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and production support.

Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and application performance requirements.

Collaborate with Dev





Ops teams on CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Angular, Type

Script, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.

Experience developing scalable enterprise applications and secure APIs.

Strong experience with Oracle and SQL databases, including complex query optimization.

Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with AWS or Azure is preferred.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, retirement, or related BFSI applications.

Experience with application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

Experience working in large enterprise development environments.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and production support.
