Quadient Inspire Composition Developer Location: Mississauga, ON Work Model: Onsite Experience: 8 10+ Years Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quadient Inspire Composition Developer with 8 10+ years of hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire development.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Quadient Inspire v11+, data mapping, document composition, template development, testing, debugging, and production support .

Banking/Financial Services experience is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and document templates .

Design, develop, and maintain customer correspondence templates using Quadient Inspire .

Develop new templates and document compositions based on business requirements.

Apply industry best practices for design, development, testing, implementation, and production support .

Perform unit testing of templates and documents.

Support integration testing, QA, and defect resolution .

Debug issues related to: Print output Email correspondence Dynamic content Responsive design Data integration Document rendering Perform code reviews for other Quadient developers.

Utilize Quadient Debug and Trace features for troubleshooting.

Assist with establishing development standards and best practices .

Contribute to the architecture and design of current Quadient client solutions .





Mentor junior and less experienced Quadient developers.

Support application deployment and performance tuning where required.

Required Skills & Experience 8 10+ years of hands-on Quadient Inspire development experience .

Strong experience with Quadient Inspire v11 or higher .

Expertise in document composition and template development .

Strong knowledge of data mapping and multiple data formats .

Understanding of the complete document development lifecycle .

Experience with template testing, debugging, integration testing, and QA .

Hands-on experience with Quadient Debug and Trace .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with application deployment and performance tuning is desirable.

Ability to perform code reviews and mentor other developers .

Nice to Have Banking / Financial Services (FI) domain experience .

Experience with Quadient Inspire Admin functions .

Experience with other Quadient Exstream products .

Exposure to other document composition tools .

Experience with enterprise-scale document/correspondence solutions.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a senior Quadient Inspire Developer who can independently handle complex template development, data mapping, debugging, testing, integration, and production support , while also contributing to standards, solution architecture, code reviews, and mentoring.
