Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual Medical Record Review Associate for a full-time temporary opportunity.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong French and English communication skills who can work independently, manage sensitive information, meet critical deadlines, and contribute to process improvements.

Salary: $30.46 per hour Location: Remote (Toronto, ON) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Temporary | Full-Time Contract Contract Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension Vacancy Status: This posting is for an upcoming vacancy.
Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Generate required program reports and documentation accurately and on time.
Participate in the development of departmental procedures and process documentation.
Apply subject matter expertise to daily tasks to support team objectives.
Make recommendations based on the interpretation and synthesis of data.
Assess team needs and determine appropriate actions.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
Assist with the planning and execution of special projects.
Ensure the protection and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Resolve technical and subject matter issues.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve issues and improve processes.
Act as a liaison within the group and across the organization to meet client needs and coordinate service delivery.
Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist with the creation, documentation, and implementation of departmental procedures.
Participate in meetings and act as a dependable resource on assigned projects.
Assist management with escalations when required.
Assist with training activities.
Effectively escalate issues and act as the first point of escalation for Associate I team members.
Qualifications Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada Fully bilingual in French and English.
Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field or 1 to 3 years of equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience working in a specialized area related to the role.
Demonstrated outstanding internal and external client service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
Proven ability to successfully meet critical deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
