Pay: $38.00 - $65.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday

Position Overview: Diagnose, repair, and service residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.





Install current equipment and perform system upgrades or retrofits in accordance with project specifications, customer requirements, blueprints, and applicable building and plumbing codes.

Verify the quality of completed installations through thorough inspections to ensure performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate service documentation by completing work orders, inspection reports, maintenance logs, and related records.

Build strong customer relationships by communicating clearly, resolving technical issues efficiently, and delivering a high standard of service.

Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and in safe operating condition.

Provide professional account support by reviewing work orders, investigating service concerns, performing system testing, identifying corrective actions, and resolving issues for both new and existing customers.

Deliver responsive, courteous customer service while keeping clients informed throughout each service visit.

Continuously expand technical knowledge by staying up to date with emerging HVAC and refrigeration technologies, equipment, and industry best practices.

Job Qualifications: Valid Class 5 driver''s license with a clean, insurable driving record.

Journeyman Technician certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Proven experience servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Experience performing preventative and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.

Working knowledge of applicable local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact respectfully, professionally, and diplomatically with customers, and colleagues.
