Profil recherch-DEP en lectromcanique, mcanique industrielle, lectricit ou domaine connexe;-Exprience pertinente en maintenance industrielle ou dpannage;-Solides connaissances en lectricit et mcanique;-Exprience avec des quipements automatiss;-Capacit lire des plans et schmas techniques;-Bonne capacit d''analyse et de rsolution de problmes;-Capacit travailler de faon autonome et en quipe;-Bon sens de l''organisation et souci du dtail;-Attitude positive et professionnelle;-Approche scuritaire en tout rience dans un environnement manufacturier ou industriel;-Exprience avec des systmes automatiss;-Exprience en diagnostic de pannes complexes;-Exprience en maintenance prventive et corrective;-Exprience avec une GMAO;-Exprience dans un environnement ferroviaire ou ''Alstom recherche

What You''ll Do: What You''ll Bring:-DEP in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.-2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, or electromechanical investigation.-Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated systems.-Ability to diagnose complex equipment failures and identify root causes.-Experience reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and technical drawings.-Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.-Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with maintenance, production, and engineering teams.-Strong commitment to workplace safety and established procedures.-Good communication skills and the ability to clearly document technical findings and corrective :-Experience investigating recurring equipment failures and implementing permanent corrective actions.-Experience working with automated production equipment, PLCs, sensors,



motors, drives, conveyors, and other industrial systems.-Experience using CMMS/GMAO systems to document maintenance activities.-Previous experience in manufacturing, transportation, rail, or another complex industrial environment.-Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work methodically under pressure.-Experience working closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.-Leadership or team-lead experience is considered an asset.-Bilingual French and English is an asset.-A positive, proactive, hands-on attitude and strong interest in learning and developing within a global :-Full time position with Alstom.-Work in a highly technical and collaborative industrial environment.-The position requires a hands-on approach and regular interaction with equipment and technical teams.-Candidates should be prepared to participate in a technical interview focused on troubleshooting, investigation, problem-solving, and previous industrial experience.-Safety, quality, reliability, and teamwork are key priorities in this role.-Alstom offers the prospect to build a long-term career within a global leader in the rail transportation industry.
