The Director will provide leadership across application development, platform services, Dev

Key Responsibilities Engineering Leadership Lead and experienced software engineering practices, standards, and delivery processes.

Improve code quality, delivery predictability, and team effectiveness.

Establish engineering metrics, reporting, and performance measures.

Ensure alignment with security, architecture, and business priorities.

Application & Platform Delivery Oversee the development of web applications, APIs, integrations, and internal systems.

Improve application lifecycle management and release consistency.

Support modernization of customer-facing and internal platforms.

Promote automation,



cloud technologies, and modern development practices.

Systems Modernization & Reliability Provide leadership across legacy and contemporary application environments.

Balance operational stability with long-term modernization goals.

Improve scalability, maintainability, and system performance.

Support platform enhancements and integrations while minimizing business disruption.

Dev

Ops & Quality Strengthen CI/CD, automation, release management, and Dev

Ops practices.

Improve testing standards and adoption of quality assurance automation.

Enhance monitoring, incident management, and system reliability.

Promote efficient, sustainable engineering workflows.

Vendor & Delivery Management Manage relationships with external development partners and vendors.

Establish delivery standards, governance, and accountability.
