Our Client is looking for a Senior Specialized IT Consultant with robust hands-on experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure to support the enhancement and integration of a large-scale case management solution.

The successful consultant will work on integrating the Investigative Case Management Solution (ICMS) with the Child Care Licensing System (CCLS), including the development of inbound and outbound APIs, application enhancements, security integrations, document/attachment management, reporting, and cloud deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend technical solutions Create and update functional and technical design documentation Design, configure, enhance, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365-based case management solutions Develop APIs for inbound and outbound integrations between enterprise systems Build and maintain integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, and API Management Implement Azure-based attachment/document storage integrated with Dynamics 365 Configure user access, role-based security, authentication, authorization, and document management Develop Power BI dashboards and reports Support testing, QA, defect remediation, deployment, migration, and production sustainment Ensure solutions comply with AODA, Ontario Digital Accessibility Standards, OPS security requirements, and GO-ITS standards Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, business stakeholders,



and development teams Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for internal teams Must-Have Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on technical solution development and configuration experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps Power Automate / Power App Flows Power Pages Microsoft Azure Services Azure Storage / Attachment Management Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID Azure Dev
