Responsibilities: Build employer pipelines through prospecting, outreach, and relationship management to create placement opportunities.

Promote early-career hiring by aligning employer needs with available programs, supports, and funding.

Engage businesses, non-profits, and community partners to generate leads and expand placement opportunities.





Guide employers through recruitment, placement, and hiring processes while addressing inquiries and challenges.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop effective placement strategies.

Deliver employer workshops promoting hiring readiness and inclusive recruitment practices.

Develop resources and maintain accurate CRM records to track employer engagement and placement activity.

Promote equitable hiring practices that support underrepresented and marginalized communities.
