Most of our Land

Sea camps offer individual staff accommodation, ensuite or shared bathroom, full meals, WIFI and some have health/gym facilities for staff.

Camp staff work long hours and multiple days in a row. A typical workday is between 10-12 hours (day or night shift) and overtime rates apply.

Health and Safety and a Respectful Workplace are essential for everyone working together at Land

Sea.

Our camps are drug and alcohol-free workplaces and require pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

The General Helper is responsible forassistingwith camp cleanliness and sanitation.

About the Job, Benefits and Perks TERM position starting August 12th to September 2nd 2026 Wages starting between $18.47 to $21.55 per hour Overtime pay Schedule: 10-hour or 12-hour shifts depending on operational needs Travel Subsidy may be available for inbound and outbound travel Meals and accommodation while working on site Partial uniform is provided Camp Location This camp is remote and located in Lytton, BC.

Our team organizes all logistics and travel for employees to get to and from camp.

Job Responsibilities Providesfirst class customer service Participate in safety meetings and reporting injuries or safety hazards Coffee service, stocking beverage coolers, snacks, filling napkin dispensers, condiments etc.

Cleaning and organizing the kitchen, coolers, freezers, and dry storage as directed Sweeping and mopping floors, wiping tables and counters Washing dishes, pots,pansand changing garbage Report to supervisor concerning all issues related to food, safety,



and equipment Maintain andmonitorinventory and records Set-up dry breakfast line, lunch, and snack station Ensure sandwich cooler, beverage cooler, condiments, napkins, and utensils are sanitizedandstocked Prepare, portion, and wrap snacks as per the Chef''s requires Clean and sanitize dining room tables and re-stock supplies Ensure all equipment is turned off and empty, cleaned and sanitized General cleaning never stops, always touch up areas that you see need to be cleaned This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.

This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience preferably working in remote camps Camp kitchen experience is an asset Must hold a valid Food Safety Certificate Great communication.

Speak, read and write English Excellent people skills Ability to work independently, effectively and efficiently Team player Work diligently and under pressure Organized withgood timemanagement skills.

Lead by example and havehigh expectations.
