- Direct daily operations of the supported living programs
- Empower staff through coaching and mentorship
- Ensure adherence to policies and compliance measures
- Oversee budgets and performance metrics
- Cultivate relationships with community partners Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in disability services
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Must have driver’s license and vehicle
