In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills working as part of a Project Team engaged in the technical support for Nautel products.

The responsibilities of the role include: Supporting our Hardware Development and Verification function, including: Construction, testing and evaluation of circuits, sub-assemblies and systems; Preparation and validation of schematics, parts lists, wiring route sheets, test plans, and all product design documentation; Design and selection of system level and sub-system level components; Creating and maintaining hardware test cases that verify products meet design requirements; Performing tests and documenting results on a variety of hardware to verify functional specifications; Assisting with product hardware release,



including publications review; Managing product change through life cycle and configuration management.

Supporting our Test Engineering function, including: Development and maintenance of Test Fixtures, including comprehensive documentation and troubleshooting; Ensuring quality standards on test-related documents and processes, including the creation and maintenance of test plans; Providing Test Support to resolve escalated test failures; Analyzing test failures to provide feedback to Quality Assurance and Engineering as part of preventative measures.

Supporting our Test function, including: Providing additional test capacity by working in the test room on an as-needed basis; Troubleshooting defective assemblies and documenting results; Supporting our Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Production Departments; Ensuring quality standards and developing/improving related processes when needed, in order to provide effective and efficient levels of support;
