Job Description Vascular and Interventional Radiologists of Saskatchewan is seeking radiologists for IR locum opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to practice near-100% IR.

The position is based at the Regina General Hospital which is the mulit-site tertiary center for all of Southern Saskatchewan.

The department provides the full range of Interventional Radiology services ranging from trauma to oncology.

This is an extremely well-run practice with state of the art equipment, dedicated well-trained IR-specific technologists, and a full recovery room.

Volumes are very reasonable with the prospect to participate in a wide range of procedures.

The practice is flexible and can accommodate practice limitations in terms of scheduling non-urgent procedures.





Call is light with rare overnight callbacks and compensation is in 75th percentile or higher.

Diagnostic responsibilities are minimal and include the occasional vascular CTA or MR study for pre procedure workup .

Job Qualifications Applicants must be certified (or eligible for certification) by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Diagnostic Radiology (or equivalent) and hold (or be eligible for) an independent license in the Province of Saskatchewan.

Successful applicants must have completed specialty fellowship training in Interventional Radiology.
