and identify lessons learned for future projects What you must have: Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience; PMP or PRINCE2 certification; Proven experience as an IT Project Manager; Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and experience working with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban); Proficiency in project management software, collaboration tools, and Microsoft Office suite; and Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to have: Experience delivering or supporting Databricks implementation or other enterprise data platform initiatives (large scale data migrations); and Experience as an IT Project Manager in a government or public sector environment.
