We offer an average of 5-20 hours per week (not guaranteed) Working Pattern: Mondays (including Bank Holidays) Thursdays (selected stores) All calls to be completed before 12:00pm Contract Type: Flexible, part-time (zero-hour) About the Role As a Books Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring in-store book displays are visually appealing, fully stocked, and aligned to client expectations.

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, organisation, and strong communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities Stock Replenishment & Display Move stock from the warehouse to the shop floor, organise shelves, and ensure products are fully replenished and presented to a high standard.

Planogram Compliance Accurately implement planograms and visual briefs to ensure all displays meet required layouts and standards.

Promotional Execution Set up promotional materials, price labels, and point-of-sale (POS) displays to support campaigns and drive sales.

Reporting & Communication Use a company device or mobile app to access briefs, record activity, upload photos, and provide feedback to client teams.

Relationship Building Build positive working relationships with store managers and colleagues to ensure smooth and effective in-store activity.
