Responsabilits: Grer les appels de nos clients durant la nuit (nous assurons exclusivement un service de rception d''appels, et non de tlmarketing).

Accueillir les appelants avec professionnalisme, fournir des prcisions et recueillir les informations ncessaires.

Transmettre et acheminer les messages critiques au personnel d''astreinte, en donnant la priorit aux appels urgents et aux situations d''urgence.

Rpondre aux demandes des clients de manire professionnelle et prcise.

Exigences du poste: Parfaitement bilingue en franais et en anglais (matrise de l''oral et de l''crit).

Disponibilit pour travailler de nuit, y compris les fins de semaine.

Exprience: Service la clientle (1 an requis), exprience en centre d''appels (1 an souhait).

Excellente matrise de la grammaire et de l''orthographe ; attitude professionnelle.

Matrise de l''environnement Windows.

Capacit d''apprentissage rapide et bonne vitesse de frappe (au moins 35 mots/minute).

Souci du dtail et capacit traiter les informations de manire logique.

Ponctualit, assiduit exemplaire et vritable esprit d''quipe.

Formation: Diplme d''tudes secondaires ou quivalent.

We are looking for energetic, professional, and detailed-oriented individuals to join our team to fill in our overnight positions.

Responsibilities:



Handle overnight calls from our clients (we are strictly an inbound service, not a telemarketing centre).

Professionally greet callers, provide details, and gather required information.

Relay and route critical messages to on-call personnel by prioritizing urgent and emergency calls.

Respond to customer requests professional and accurately.

Job Requirements: Fully bilingual in French and English (fluent written and spoken).

Dedicated to working overnight shifts, including weekend availability.

Experiences: Customer Service (1 year required), call centre experience (1 year preferred)Excellent grammar, spelling, and professional demeanor.

Windows-based computer proficiency.

Fast learner with strong typing skills (at least 35WPM).

Detail-oriented and capable of processing information logically.

Punctual with an exceptional attendance record and a true team-player mindset.

Education: Secondary school/High School Diploma or equivalent
