The Business Intelligence, Process & Innovation team is on an exciting journey from traditional dashboard reporting to AI-enabled, decision-driven analytics that deliver measurable business oues across a diverse investment portfolio.

Your new role As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, you will serve as the Power BI subject matter expert responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale business intelligence solutions.

Working closely with investment professionals, portfolio analytics teams, finance, risk, and other corporate stakeholders, you will build scalable analytics products that support investment decision-making and portfolio performance.

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Power BI solutions, including semantic models, datasets, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

This role requires a strongbination of hands-on technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, performance optimization, and data storytelling to transformplex data into meaningful business insights.





What you''ll need to succeed 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Power BI solutions.

Bachelor''s degree inputer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Expert-level experience with: Power BI Desktop Power BI Service Power Query (M) DAX Semantic Modelling Data Visualisation Best Practices Proven experience building enterprise-grade semantic models, datasets, reports, and dashboards.

Strong expertise troubleshooting and optimising Power BI performance, includingplex DAX calculations, refresh processes, and large-volume datasets.
