Key Responsibilities Provide lending solutions including personal loans, mortgages, lines of credit, and other consumer lending products.

Interview members to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate lending and banking solutions.

Review loan applications, analyze credit information, and prepare lending recommendations.

Support members with debt management, financial guidance, and loan servicing.





Promote and cross-sell a variety of financial products and services to meet member needs.

Open new accounts and process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Assist members with everyday banking inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Prepare mortgage renewals, loan modifications, and related documentation.

Monitor delinquent accounts and work collaboratively with members to establish repayment solutions.

Maintain compliance with lending policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.

Participate in branch initiatives that support business growth and member engagement.
