Sc. in Civil Engineering and membership with APEGA Minimum of 10 years of experience in municipal engineering, with a strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience in construction observation and contract administration Working knowledge of water and wastewater distribution and collection systems Proficiency in computer software for modelling and spreadsheet analysis Demonstrated aptitude for general construction methods Strong business acumen and understanding of municipal infrastructure projects Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team atmosphere Self-motivated with leadership potential Excellent verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities: Oversee and manage municipal engineering projects from inception through completion Perform design, construction site inspections, and contract administration duties Develop and review engineering design drawings, specifications,
