Lead level ITOM TC who is an expert with Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, CSDM to design and solution the ITOM solution for the customer. The TC will support workshop sessions, refine stories, demo solution, configure solution and provide advisory support

Needs to have Telecom project experiences.

Expect ambiguity, fastpace, need a proactive experience resource.

Working in Eastern Time zone.
