About the Role

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Wash Bay Attendant to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, enjoys working around heavy equipment, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for washing and detailing trucks and heavy equipment, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe wash bay, supporting general facility maintenance activities, and assisting technicians with shop-related tasks. This role also includes picking up and delivering parts as required while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the service team.

What You’ll Do

- Wash and detail heavy equipment, trucks and related equipment
- Keep the wash bay clean, organized and safe
- Assist in some general facility maintenance
- Assist Technicians as needed
- Pick-up and delivery parts as required
- Perform any other duties as required

Total Rewards

- Competitive hourly wage of $24.60-$25.00, per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Position Details

Location – Innisfil, Ontario

Status - Permanent

Position Type – Hourly (overtime paid in accordance with applicable employment legislation)

Schedule - Monday-Friday - occasional extended hours may be required based on operational needs.

What You Bring:

- Previous detailing experience




- Mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to heavy equipment or shop work environment is an asset
- Experience operating heavy equipment or trucks
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use computers including MS Office
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a positive attitude
- Demonstrated team player and willing to assist others when required

Additional Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Forklift license or willing to obtain
- Ability to operate a Company vehicle as this is a requirement of the position

Work Environment:

- Combination of warehouse and office environment
- Exposure to noise and shop activity
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials and equipment.
