We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse / Customer Support team member to join our Halifax, NS location. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company that values teamwork and development.

What You'll Bring

- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks daily
- Comfortable in a computerized environment
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team setting

What You'll Do

- Shipping/receiving orders and transfers
- Stocking & organizing products
- Assisting in regular stock counts
- Executing daily branch functions for productions and warehouse. This includes but is not limited to the following: loading/unloading transport, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, putting away stock, cleaning, etc.
- Entering transactions into computer systems
- Opportunities for growth may include supporting basic order entry, assisting with product or service inquiries,



and developing customer service skills, based on business needs and employee interest
- Supporting and working with all other branch personnel

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8AM to 4:30PM
