Aosom Canada is a leading eCommerce retailer specializing in home, garden, outdoor, pet, and fitness products. As part of our continued growth, we are launching a new 220,000 sq.ft. distribution center in Calgary, Alberta, scheduled to become operational in November 2026.

We are seeking an experienced and hands on Warehouse Manager to join our team ahead of the warehouse launch. This individual will play a critical role in setting up warehouse operations, developing processes, training teams, and ensuring a successful go live. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large scale warehouse operations and is capable of building a warehouse operation from the ground up.

This position is expected to start prior to the warehouse opening in November 2026 and will participate in training, warehouse setup, operational planning, and launch preparation activities.

Responsibilities

- Participate in the setup and launch of Aosom's recent 220,000 sq.ft. Calgary distribution center.
- Assist with warehouse layout planning, racking installation,



equipment selection, and process implementation.
- Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs, workflows, and operational standards.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put away, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
- Manage warehouse staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Lead and motivate warehouse supervisors and associates to achieve productivity and service goals.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock control procedures are followed.
- Ensure all customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
