Overview The
Guest Services Supervisorsupports the coordination of Westerner Days internal activations taking place July 1519, 2026.
Reporting to the
Tickets Alberta Manager,this roleoversees the daily operations of the information booth,ensuring staff and volunteers provideaccurateinformation and exceptional customer service.
Thisroleis responsible forteam coordination, issue resolution, andmaintainingservice standards.
The role plays an important part inmaintainingthe overall quality of Westerner Days and supporting the successful delivery of events at Westerner Park.

Supervisoris responsible forthefollowing: Supervise Guest Services
Attendantsand volunteers to create a safe,funand exciting environment throughout all fair operation days.
Coordinationof shift coverage, breaks, and task assignments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalatedconcernsand ensure consistent information is provided to guests.
Liaise with internal departments which include security, box office, and event operations.
Assistwith training and onboarding of staff and volunteers, as well asprovidingguidance,coachingand support to team members.
Respond to incidents and escalate toappropriate departmentswhenrequired.
What
Youll
Bring High school diploma or equivalent required.
Post-secondary education in Event Planning,
Business Management, or a related field (completed or in progress) is considered an asset.
Previouscustomer service experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in rapid-paced, high-pressure environments.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing collaboratively within a team environment.
Availability to work all required shifts during Westerner Days from July 1419, 2026, including days, evenings, and extended hours as needed based on operational needs.
