Description du poste Vous agissez comme agent.e de changement en dveloppant, maintenant et implantant des programmes pour rpondre aux besoins du rseau UAP (vhicules lourds).

En collaboration avec les fournisseurs, vous laborez des programmes pour amliorer la pntration du march et jouez un rle cl dans latteinte des objectifs daffaires.

Responsabilits principales : laborer des stratgies pour amliorer les ventes, la profitabilit et la gestion des inventaires, tout en introduisant de nouvelles lignes de produits pour saisir les opportunits de croissance.

Ngocier des ententes commerciales et dapprovisionnement, contrler leur adhsion aux politiques de UAP (vhicules lourds) et maintenir des stratgies de prix comptitives. tablir des relations solides avec les quipes internes, communiquer efficacement les changements et travailler avec le marketing pour mettre en uvre des promotions soutenant la croissance des ventes.

Agir comme expert produit en collaboration avec les fournisseurs pour offrir des formations, rsoudre des problmes et fournir un soutien oprationnel.

Agir comme coach et tablir un plan de progression pour les membres de lquipe, tout en assurant ladhsion aux stratgies et objectifs Qualifications requises Pour vous joindre notre quipe, il vous faut, entre autres: Un diplme en administration des affaires, marketing et/ou un domaine dtudes connexe avec minimum de 5 ans dexprience dans un poste similaire Bilingue en franais et anglais loral et lcrit, vous serez amen travailler en troite collaboration avec des collgues et des clients travers le Canada.
