Box Consulting Group is currently seeking a Junior Desktop Support & Windows 11 Migration Technician for a 3-monthcontractrole (with the possibility of extension) with a client of ours located downtown Vancouver.

This is an on-site part time role3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) -no work Monday and Friday.22.5 hours total perweek.

Looking for a Vancouver-based candidate with skills/experience in: Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration and support Laptop deployment and imaging Device provisioning and configuration Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, peripherals, docking stations) Software installation and troubleshooting IT ticketing systems Asana) Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot (preferred) Basic networking troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, printers) Data backup and migration procedures Experience supporting Apple macOS devices and Mac
