Job Description Job Description: The client is seeking an IT-based Delivery Manager capable of orchestrating user environment (office automation) deliverables from both an application and technological perspective.

The role focuses on functional coordination and oversight, not technical execution: the individual coordinates contributors, manages risks and changes, and drives quality towards the goal of ''zero contact with the IT Support team for office automation services.'' The recurring themes (coordination, functional oversight, change management, alignment, planning) point to a Delivery Manager profile with solid interfacing skills for interacting with stakeholders (IT, Business, Cashier, and Non-Cashier departments).

The ''user environments and office automation services'' context is what distinguishes this mandate from a generic application delivery.

This should not be confused with a Project Manager or PMO without an IT background, nor with an office automation deployment technician lacking coordination experience.
