Application Solution Architect Java

- 10+ years of experience in Java Application Development and Solution Architecture
- Strong experience leading application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
- Hands-on expertise designing enterprise Java applications on Microsoft Azure
- Proven experience with Microservices, Spring Boot, APIs, Containers, and Cloud-Native Architecture
- Robust understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, security, resiliency, and enterprise architecture practices

Key Responsibilities
- Lead application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise Java applications.
- Define migration strategies including Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, and Rearchitect.
- Design target-state architectures aligned with business, security, performance, and scalability requirements.
- Architect cloud-native solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure.
- Design scalable integrations and API solutions using Azure API Management and Azure Service Bus.
- Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security, resiliency, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Business, Application Development, Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
- Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective solutions.




- Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Define architecture standards, technology roadmaps, and modernization best practices.
