Additional Details

Lead level ITAM TC who is an expert with HAM, SAM and AI support workshops, refine stories, demo solution, configure solution and provide advisory support.

The customer is staying almost exclusively Out Of Box on everything so far, so this may only take a sprint or two and a short amount of workshop time. We are implementing a lot of AI for this customer,



so we have processes already setup and in place and will just need to onbord the current resource and bring them up to speed.

They will need to do a customer background check and some onboarding though so the sooner we can get a name the better. Looking at 16-20 hrs per week but flexible. Customer is Central timezone.

Please note that we nees someone strong in AI and ITAM Process/workflow. We have had some issues where we are missing dependencies up front.
