Job Summary:

The Senior Project Manager/Leader is responsible for overseeing large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk projects within OPS I⁢ initiatives. This role ensures that project deliverables align with clients' business requirements, maintaining strict adherence to timelines, scope, and budget. The position demands extensive experience in enterprise project management, technical documentation, and familiarity with various computing environments and project management frameworks. Responsibilities:

- Manage large-scale, complex, and high-risk projects ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Oversee project scope, risk, resource allocation, scheduling, and cost management.
- Create, review, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Recommend revisions or changes in project scope, documentation format, content, and reproduction methods.
- Apply project management frameworks specific to I⁢ initiatives.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support project decisions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success and compliance with policies.





Required Skills & Certifications:
- 10+ years of project management experience on enterprise-level projects.
- Proven ability to manage scope, risk, resources, schedules, and costs effectively.
- Extensive experience in creating and managing technical project documentation.
- Knowledge of I⁢ project management frameworks.
- Familiarity with Oracle Database, Unix (Solaris, AIX, Linux), Windows Server platforms.
- Experience with WebLogic, Microsoft IIS web/application servers, and mainframe applications.
- Experience completing cost-benefit analyses.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience working within Ontario Public Service policies and procedures.

Special Considerations:
- Must work onsite at the office location.
- Compliance with Ontario Public Service policies is considered an asset.
