Job Description:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Scrum Masters throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Support project planning, change management, and release activities.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), process flows, and other project documentation.
- Assist in identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
