About the Role:
We are a fast-growing fintech venture of Group, launching our lending business in Canada. We are looking for a Product Manager with native-level English to drive product strategy, customer experience, and operational excellence in our lending products. This role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on product management experience, with a deep understanding of the Canadian lending market.

Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product roadap for Canadian lending products, aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management: ideation, launch, iteration, and optimization
- Conduct ongoing market research to understand trends, competitive products, regulatory changes, and customer needs in Canada.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, data, and operations teams to enhance customer experience and streamline product processes.
- Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and risk management.
- Track and benchmark competitor products, market offers, and industry best practices to inform product strategy.




- Ensure products comply with Canadian regulations and internal risk frameworks.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and results to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Native-level English proficiency.
- 3-5 years of product management experience in financial services, lending, or fintech.
- Robust understanding of the Canadian lending market, including competitive landscape, regulations, and customer behavior.
- Data-driven mindset; proficient in analytics tools and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in customer journey mapping, product process optimization, and market research.
