Job Title: Business Analyst I (Data Analyst Power BI)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst I / Power BI Data Analyst to transform complex operational data into transparent, actionable insights that drive business decisions, optimize processes, and support enterprise governance. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional leadership and technical teams to design, develop, and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards and reports.

This position is based in St-Laurent (Montreal) and offers a collaborative environment where you can apply your analytical mindset to solve real-world operational challenges.

Mandatory Requirement: Fully fluent in both English and French (Bilingualism is required). Key Responsibilities 1. Data Gathering & Analysis

Collect, clean, transform, and validate structured and unstructured data from diverse platforms (Salesforce, Jira, Planisware, and internal systems).

Perform root-cause analysis on data/implementation issues and establish automated monitoring for core KPIs.

Conduct process mapping to align business workflows with quantitative reporting metrics. 2. Dashboard & Report Development

Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, user-friendly data visualizations, and executive-level scorecards.

Ensure data modeling and dashboard architectures deliver accurate, reliable, and high-performance reporting. 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Support





Partner with business leaders to understand reporting requirements and translate complex business needs into precise technical solutions.

Conduct training, document procedures, and provide ongoing technical support to dashboard end-users across the organization. Qualifications & Skills Must-Have Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in business data analysis and report development.

Core Technical Skill: High proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query) and data analysis techniques.

Process Optimization: Demonstrated experience with Process Mapping and workflow analysis.

Integrations & Tools: Familiarity with issue-tracking and CRM tools such as Jira and Salesforce.

Frameworks: Familiarity with KPI frameworks, governance models, and multilingual operations.

Language: Bilingualism (English & French) is mandatory. Nice-to-Have Skills:

Exposure to software development lifecycles and enterprise IT applications.

Familiarity with additional business management or project tools like Planisware.

Experience using secondary visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau). Key Soft Skills & Competencies:
