Lead level ITOM BPC who is an expert with Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, CSDM to design and solution the ITSM solution for the customer. The BPC will lead workshop session, document stories, demo solution and provide advisory support

Needs to have Telecom project experiences.

Expect ambiguity, fastpace, need a proactive experience resource.

Working in Eastern Time zone.
