Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

- 8+ years of experience in Java development.

- Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with Angular for UI development.
- Experience with WebSphere.
- Knowledge of database migration, specifically from DB2 to AWS Aurora.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team in supporting and developing applications.
- Bridge the gap between existing and future applications.
- Migrate applications from DB2 to AWS Aurora.
- Ensure effective integration between front-end and back-end systems.

Skills:

- Proficiency in core Java concepts and principles.
- Solid grasp of the Spring Framework.
- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Awareness of performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.
