Food service supervisor will direct and coordinate the activities of workers who prepare, portion and serve food. They will estimate order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, prepare food summaries for requests regarding diabetic clients, cardiac clients, gluten free clients and regular meal requirements. They will maintain records of inventory, repairs, food costs and waste. They oversee staff on job duties and ensure sanitation and safety procedures are enforced. They will ensure quality of food control and standards put out by establishment protocols. They will also plan menus for different seasons. Wages are $31.75 per hour. Location is in Bathurst, N.B. Canada
