Job Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare) will play a critical role in a major healthcare transformation initiative aimed at unifying multiple hospital information systems into a standardized Clinical Information System (CIS). This role involves collaborating with project managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements, supporting both existing systems and recent project implementations. Responsibilities:

- Support and maintain existing CIS and clinical systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Configure systems to comply with architectural standards and guidelines.
- Monitor support queues and manage requests related to application changes, end user support, and configurations.
- Identify and document impacted systems and dependencies for CIS projects.
- Conduct current state analysis of clinical and technical environments and complete gap analyses.
- Prepare technical assessments and functional design documentation to support upgrades, consolidations, data migration, archiving, and integration.
- Coordinate application changes with internal technical teams, third-party vendors, and clinical stakeholders to meet program timelines.
- Mentor other business analysts and team members as needed.
