Additional Details

Lead level ITAM BPC who is an expert with HAM, SAM and AI to run workshops, create stories, demo solution and provide advisory support.

The customer is staying almost exclusively Out Of Box on everything so far, so this may only take a sprint or two and a short amount of workshop time. We are implementing a lot of AI for this customer, so we have processes already setup and in place and will just need to onbord the recent resource and bring them up to speed.





They will need to do a customer background check and some onboarding though so the sooner we can get a name the better. Looking at 8 - 12 hrs per week but flexible. Customer is Central timezone.

Please note that we need someone strong in AI and ITAM Process/workflow. We have had some issues where we are missing dependencies up front.
