Customer has an ITSM backlog of stories that they need reviewed and deployed in 2 week sprints.



They need lead level ITSM BPC that can evaluate quality of stories in backlog and get them deployed.

Customer has strong platform managers the team will work for, but that said they need to be strong consultant that can take ownership of backlog and advise on what to group together, what to push back on, what priority should be and more.

Quality bar: Customer has explicitly asked for "best of the best." Customer recently completed a de-customization / re-platform; staffing must protect OOTB posture and avoid re-introducing custom code.

Soft skills: Self-directed (no deliverable structure), comfortable with shifting priorities, strong communicator working alongside customer's internal developers and PMs.
