Key Responsibilities

As Chef, you will be at the center of it all in partnership with our General Manager - instilling and maintaining an overall positive culture amongst the entire team, developing of all culinary leaders, and role modelling what it is to the best of the best. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Leading all culinary aspects of the restaurant’s opening and ongoing operations




- Building and developing a high-performing leadership team
- Driving sales, profitability, and an exceptional guest experience
- Creating a strong, positive team culture rooted in accountability and growth
- Manage and analyze financial parameters and controls for all areas of the back of the house and assist in determining business priorities

Key Requirements

- Proven leadership experience in the role of Chef or Culinary Operations.
- A track record of delivering strong financial and operational results
- A hands-on, team-first leadership style
- Experience with high-volume or premium casual dining is an asset
- Highly organized with great planning and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Well versed in event management and execution
- Skilled at setting and achieving short and long-term business goals
- Energetic and positive
- Desire for continuous improvement

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
