SM Polymers Inc. continues to grow!

We are a plastic resin distributor located Fergus Ontario with sales across North America.

This is a Full Time Jr position, with future room for advancement.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

- Help process customer orders.
- Update customers regarding their order status.
- Prepare Fed Ex shipping documents
- Update and manage company databases.
- Respond in a timely manner to customer inquiries.
- Liaise with third party service providers
- Shipment Tracking & Reporting
- General office duties, including filing and ordering supplies
- Assisting with purchasing, including following up on orders and receiving inventory
- Attention to detail and multitasking are essential requirements

Industry experience, a working knowledge of Quickbooks & MS Office would be an asset.



Customer Service and Logistics experience would be a bonus.

Salary $24/hr to start (or more depending on Experience).

After a 3-month probationary period there will be a further increase and potential enrollment in our benefits plan.
