Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Direct Hire Administrative Support-Underwriting opportunity with a reputable insurance industry organization in downtown Hamilton, ON. This is an excellent role for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys accurate data entry, document processing, customer support, and cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Process current business files, issue filings and permits,



and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Complete high-volume data entry, data calculations, filing, and document preparation with strong attention to detail.
- Create correspondence, forms, and business documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Communicate with internal departments to support workflow, file accuracy, and timely processing.
- Respond to customer requests in a professional, accurate, and service-focused manner.
- Perform general office duties to support underwriting and administrative operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $48,000 to $50,000 per year.
- Direct Hire, permanent position.
- Hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days per week required in office.
- Downtown Hamilton, ON location.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
