Responsibilities

* Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks

* Demonstrate basic latte art skills (hearts, tulips, rosettas) and maintain beverage presentation standards

* Deliver friendly and professional customer service

* Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café

* Restock inventory and assist with opening and closing duties

* Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and consistency

Qualifications

* Previous barista or café experience preferred

* Ability to dial in espresso and steam milk properly

* Basic latte art skills required

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Smart Serve

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
