TIPO Foods is looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly organized Barista / Front of House team memberwith a minimum of 3 years of experience in the café, restaurant, or hospitality industry.

We are looking for someone who is fast, efficient, professional, and has a strong work ethic. The right candidate should be comfortable taking responsibility, helping lead the front-of-house team, and maintaining excellent customer service during busy periods.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Prepare coffee and beverages consistently and quickly
- Operate the POS and ordering system confidently
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- Help organize and lead front-of-house staff during shifts
- Train and support new team members
- Manage opening and closing duties
- Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
- Assist with ordering and receiving products
- Keep displays stocked, clean, and well presented
- Maintain an organized and clean front-of-house workplace
- Handle busy periods calmly and efficiently
- Identify problems and take initiative to resolve them




- Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other simple menu items according to TIPO standards
- Warm and serve prepared food items safely and efficiently
- Assist with light food preparation and packaging as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards in all food preparation areas

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of café, restaurant, or hospitality experience required
- Previous barista and customer-service experience
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Experience with inventory, stock management, and ordering
- Previous experience training, supervising, or leading staff is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Fast, organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Professional references required
