Outside Sales Representative Job Description:

Company Overview: Fission Electric Corp is a licensed electrical contractor specializing in providing energy-saving and rebate-focused solutions. We are seeking dynamic Outside Sales Representatives to join our team.

Role Overview: This hybrid role involves both in-field visits and office tasks. You will travel across the Lower Mainland—including Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, Tri-Cities, Port Moody, and Vancouver—to present our services, educate clients on rebates, and schedule appointments for our technicians to provide estimates.

Key Duties:

- Engage with clients to understand their electrical needs and promote our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.




- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Fluent and explicit English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF).
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and a reliable vehicle to attend client visits.
- Strong experience with account management is a plus.
