Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Co-Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our business, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. This position requires solid organizational skills, quick learning (especially with computers), effective communication abilities, and a passion for team development. The Co-Manager will work closely with the management team to implement strategies that enhance productivity and improve overall performance.

Responsibilities

- MUST HAVE POS purchasing and stock management experience. Any applicants that do not have this , WILL NOT be considered.
- Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the business.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Maintain high standards of etiquette when communicating with customers
- Organize and coordinate administrative tasks to support management functions.




- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters growth.
- Making orders/learning the computer system to input orders.

Experience

- MUST HAVE POS purchasing and stock management experience.
- Proven experience in a retail or service environment, with a focus on sales and customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members.
- Experience in training development or staff management is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative.
